Indian vloggers on YouTube: daily vloggers, vlog formats and how brands book them

Indian vloggers film their own life, daily or weekly, and a brand appears inside it. The vlog formats brands book, how a vlogger differs from a blogger, and what to check before a vlog carries your product.

Indian vloggers are creators who film their own days, trips or routines and post them as videos, mostly on YouTube and Instagram, daily or weekly. A brand does not buy a slot beside a vlog: it buys a place inside it, which is why the vlogger’s life, household and language matter more than any count.

This guide comes from vexo.club — an influencer marketing agency run from one desk in Delhi NCR — and it sorts vloggers by format, not by rank. It types no subscriber counts and names no “number one”, because a ranking in a deck is out of date by Friday; the one table of channels reads each count from YouTube when the page loads and dates it. The one public vlogger named below is named from his own About page, and he is not a vexo.club creator. Roster creators are linked to their profiles and described from their records.

What to know before booking a vlogger

In short

  1. Indian vloggers film their own days, trips or routines, mostly on YouTube and Instagram, and a brand appears inside the vlog, not beside it.
  2. Sort vloggers by format, not by rank: no source settles a number one, and a ranking is out of date quickly.
  3. A daily vlogger posts among ordinary days, so the brief names the product in use and a line the creator is free to cut.
  4. Check who is in the frame, who watches and what the vlogger will say before any booking.

Who are the top Indian vloggers?

The answer depends on the format, because a family vlogger and a road-trip vlogger have different audiences and sell different products. Naming a top ten would mean choosing between formats that do not compete. Sorting by format shows what each kind of vlog is good for.

Vlog formats, and what each is good for

A brand fits whenCheck first
Daily life and familyThe product belongs in a household: home, grocery, kids, appliancesWho else is in the frame, and whether they have agreed
Travel and road tripsThe product travels: luggage, stays, cards, appsWhether the destination and the dates fit the launch
Motorcycle and moto vlogsThe product rides: helmets, gear, fuel, accessoriesSafety on camera: how the vlogger rides while filming
Fitness and lifestyleThe product is part of a routine: nutrition, apparel, wearablesHealth claims in the script against what the pack says
Food and eating outThe product is eaten or deliveredWhether the vlogger likes the product enough to say so

What is the difference between a blogger and a vlogger?

A blogger writes and a vlogger films. People search for “India’s number one blogger” and often mean the video kind, so the two get mixed up. For a brand, the difference is the deliverable: a post to read, or a video to watch, with the creator’s own voice and face in it.

Blogger against vlogger

Best forConsidered buys, where the reader compares firstProducts people want to see worked or worn
Many creators do both. The brief asks for one deliverable and names it.

What is a daily vlogger?

A daily vlogger posts a video of their day, every day or close to it. The rhythm makes the audience a habit, which is why the format sells: viewers return for the person, not for one video. It also means a brand integration sits among dozens of ordinary days, and the creator’s own tone decides whether it reads as part of them.

Briefing a daily vlogger

  • Do

Name the day, the product in use and the line the creator is free to cut

    Don’t

Ask for a scripted segment a daily vlogger has no time to film

  • Do

Leave the rest to the creator, in their own tone

    Don’t

Add an integration that looks added on

  • Do

    Show the product being used

    Don’t

Hold the product up to the camera

The creator films their own day. The brief gives the product, the facts and the line that may be cut.

The same rhythm is the risk. A daily vlogger has little time to film a scripted segment, and an integration that looks added on is noticed. The brief that works names the day, the product in use and the line the creator is free to cut. It leaves the rest to them.

Daily, weekly and series vlogs, side by side

How a brand appearsWatch for
Daily vlogA product in use, a mention among ordinary daysAn integration that feels added on
Weekly vlogA planned segment with a clear start and endTwo sponsors in one video
Series or tripA feature across several episodesTerms that stop at the first upload
Rhythm decides how a brand appears and what can go wrong.

In practice a daily-vlog integration runs in five steps, and the creator holds the middle three.

How a brand appears in a daily vlog

  1. Brief the day The product, the facts that must be true, the line that may be cut
  2. Creator films In their own routine, in their own language
  3. Product in use Shown being used, not held up
  4. Label and approve The paid label is on the video; the brand approves before upload
  5. Report Views and comments read against the audience check
The creator films their own day. The brand supplies the product, the facts and the approval.

Who is India’s number one vlogger, and who was the first?

No source settles either question, so this article does not. A “number one” depends on the measure and the month, and “first” depends on whether the definition is the first Indian video blog, the first on YouTube or the first to earn from it. A brand that needs a name for a deck should name a format and an audience instead, which a creator can show with their own data.

Which Indian vloggers are on the vexo.club roster?

These roster profiles describe daily-life, travel or motorcycle storytelling. Each is an independent creator the desk collaborates with brief by brief, and management stays with the creator.

  • [Sourav Joshi](/roster/souravjoshivlogs). Recorded under Comedy & Entertainment, based in Haldwani, creating in English and Hindi on Instagram and YouTube. The profile describes daily-life storytelling, family content, travel and lifestyle vlogs.
  • [Aarush Bhola](/roster/aarushbhola17). Recorded under Comedy & Entertainment, based in Delhi, on Instagram and YouTube. The profile describes workout content, travel and daily-life vlogs.
  • [Anoop Masterji](/roster/anoopmasterji). Recorded under Comedy & Entertainment, based in Delhi, on Instagram and YouTube. The profile describes entertainment, lifestyle and personality-driven short-form videos.
  • [Jatt Prabhjot](/roster/jatt_prabhjot). Recorded under Automotive, based in Delhi, on Instagram. The profile describes motorcycles, road trips, travel and adventure vlogs.

The category pages are Comedy & Entertainment creators and Automotive creators, and the whole list is on the roster. Roster creators are described only from their records, so the profile is the place to check the platforms, language and city.

Which public Indian vloggers do brands know?

The names change with the format, so this lists one public channel with its own words. Mumbiker Nikhil’s About page says he loves to vlog his life and lists his Instagram. It is named here from its own page, with no claim that it works with vexo.club.

Roster creators are marked; the public channel is named from its own About page and has no relationship with the desk on record. Counts are YouTube’s public figures, read when the page loads and dated beneath the table. Listed in the order named, not ranked.

The desk held back several well-known names after its brand-safety check, and does not name them. A vlogger’s name is on the brand’s campaign for years after the shoot, so the check is on current news and open legal matters, and it is repeated before every booking.

Which Telugu, Tamil and other regional vloggers do brands book?

Regional vloggers are booked by language and region, and the language is a line in the brief. A Telugu vlogger’s audience reaches Andhra Pradesh and the diaspora as well as Hyderabad, and a Tamil vlogger’s reaches Tamil Nadu and the diaspora. Regional vlogs are scripted in the language they are spoken in, not translated into it. The desk’s guides to South Indian influencers, Hyderabad influencers and running a regional launch in four languages set out how.

Should a brand book a new vlogger?

Often, yes. New vloggers with a small, close audience can fit a product that needs trust in one neighbourhood or one language, and they are easier to brief closely. The trade is coordination: more creators means more briefs, contracts and approvals. Micro and nano influencer marketing sets out which tier fits which objective.

  • More briefs, contracts and approvals More creators means more coordination.

Verdict Often, yes: the trade is coordination.

What does a vlogger charge for an integration?

The desk publishes no rates, because the number depends on the format, the length, the exclusivity and how long the brand may reuse the video. A rate card from the creator lists those lines separately, and the desk returns one per creator with the audience fit. Creator rate card contents explains the lines.

What should a brand check before booking a vlogger?

Check who is in the frame, who watches, and what the vlogger will say. A vlog puts a household, a street and a place of work in the shot, so a brand check goes beyond the vlogger.

Before a vlog integration

  • Everyone filmed has agreed, and any child is shown only as a parent decides
  • The place is one the brand is happy to be seen in
  • Audience geography, age and language, from the creator’s own exports
  • Views over recent uploads, not the best one
  • The ASCI disclosure label is on the video and where the audience sees it
  • The product is shown in use and the health or money claim is true
  • Usage rights are in writing: where the video may run, and for how long
Seven checks. The first two are particular to the format.

The audience method is in how to check an influencer’s audience before you pay, and the labelling rules in ASCI disclosure for brands. A vlog is often reposted by the brand, so read usage rights before the contract, and YouTube integration or a dedicated video for the formats. The desk’s pages on YouTube influencer marketing and Instagram influencer marketing cover how each is briefed. For Delhi NCR vloggers, start at the Delhi desk page, or send the desk a brief that names the format.

Questions brands ask

Who is the number one vlogger in India? No source settles it, and it changes by the month. The live subscriber count of any vlogger is on their own channel page, and a ranking printed anywhere else is stale. A brand is better served by a format and an audience than by a name.

Is a vlogger the same as a blogger? No. A blogger writes and a vlogger films, though many creators do both. The brief names the deliverable: a post to read or a video to watch.

How should a brand work with a daily vlogger? Brief the product in use inside an ordinary day, agree one line the creator may cut, and leave the voice to them. Label the video as paid, and agree usage in writing before it is posted.

Does vexo.club work with the vloggers named here? Only the ones linked to a roster profile, and the profile says on what terms. The public channel named in this article is named from its own About page and has no recorded relationship with the desk.

Can a brand book a family vlogger? Yes, with care. Everyone in the frame has to have agreed, a child is shown only as a parent decides, and the product has to belong in a household. The brief says so, and the shortlist is built to it.
