What influencer marketing costs in India, and why

vexo.club is an influencer marketing company working with brands across India from Delhi NCR, and it does not publish prices. A campaign’s cost is set by five things — the creators, the formats, the usage rights, production and exclusivity — and a scoped quote follows the brief. What the company does publish is how that quote is built: creator fees as disclosed line items at rate-card prices, and a management fee on top as a fixed percentage, never a hidden margin inside talent costs.

To get a number for your brief, send the objective, market, timeline and a budget band at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +91 78276 16675. A shortlist with rate cards and a scoped plan comes back in 18 hours.

The five things that move a quote.

  1. Creator

Tier, niche, platform and language. Two creators with the same following can quote very differently; the audience fit decides which one the brief needs.

  2. Format

A Reel, a Story set, a carousel, a YouTube integration, a dedicated video or Shorts. Each is its own deliverable in the contract.

  3. Usage rights

Organic reposting, whitelisting and paid amplification are separate rights, each with its own window. They are agreed per deliverable, in writing, before the shoot.

  4. Production

The creator’s own setup, or a studio shoot with scripts, edits and subtitles. Studio slots are typically 7–10 days out.

  5. Exclusivity

Whether the creator may work with a competitor, in which category, and for how long. The longer and wider it is, the more it costs.

How a vexo.club quote is laid out.

  • Creator fees

One line per creator, at the creator’s rate-card price, disclosed.

  • Usage

One line per right and per window.

  • Production

Studio work, where the brief needs it, as its own line.

  • Management fee

A fixed percentage on top, stated separately. There is no margin inside the talent costs.

Three ways firms charge.

Influencer marketing firms in India usually charge in one of three ways: a monthly retainer, a percentage of the campaign budget, or a fee per campaign. Ask which one a quote uses, and ask for the creator fees as separate lines whatever the model — a single bundled figure hides the margin.

vexo.club quotes creator fees as line items and its own management fee as a fixed percentage on top. The pillars are sold separately, so a brand can buy production or paid media without the influencer side.

Why there is no rate card on this page.

A published price decides the five variables for you before you have written a brief. Rates move with usage, dates and exclusivity, so a number on a page is either out of date or quietly assumes a deliverable you did not ask for. A scoped quote is the honest number, and the desk replies with one.

By city, platform and brief.

Asked about cost.

  • How much does influencer marketing cost in India?

It depends on five things — the creators, the formats, the usage rights, production and exclusivity — so this page publishes no prices. At vexo.club creator fees are disclosed line items at rate-card prices and the management fee sits on top as a fixed percentage. A scoped quote follows the brief, with a shortlist and rate cards in 18 hours.

  • What is a management fee?

The agency’s own fee for running the campaign — shortlisting, contracting, briefing, approvals, reporting. At vexo.club it is a fixed percentage, stated on its own line, never folded into the creator fees.

  • Is whitelisting charged separately?

Yes, wherever it is used. Running a creator’s post as a paid ad is a usage right, agreed per deliverable with its duration, in writing, before the shoot.

  • Can we get an estimate without a brief?

Not from a calculator — there is none on this site. Two paragraphs of brief is enough for the desk to reply with a scoped plan: objective, budget band, market and timeline.

  • Do you work to a fixed budget?

Yes. The brief names a budget band and the shortlist is built inside it. If the brief needs a leaner route than us, we will say so upfront.

Start a brief

Two paragraphs is enough: what you want to move, for whom, by when. A person reads it, scopes it and runs it.
