Data residency: All client campaign data, creator records, and reporting dashboards are hosted on servers physically located in India.
DPDP Act 2023: We classify as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Our privacy policy names the data-principal rights (access, correction, erasure, grievance) and the contact point for exercising them.
Creator consent: Every creator in our roster has provided explicit consent for the use of their portrait, handles, and metrics in campaign materials. Consent is revocable with 30 days' written notice.
Client NDA: We sign bilateral NDAs on request. Campaign briefs, financial terms, and attribution data are treated as confidential.

Insurance & indemnity

We carry coverage that matches the scale of campaigns we run.

Professional indemnity: ₹50 lakh coverage for errors, omissions, and campaign misdelivery. Certificate available on request.
Creator indemnity: If a creator breaches ASCI guidelines, publishes unauthorised content, or damages brand reputation, we bear first-line liability up to the management fee value for that campaign.
IP assignment: Unless otherwise agreed in the MSA, the brand owns all campaign deliverables (video, static, copy) post-payment. We retain only the right to display anonymised portfolio samples.

Payment terms

No hidden platform fees. No markup on talent.

Structure: Creator spend is passed through at cost. Our management fee sits on top and covers strategy, vetting, production management, and reconciled reporting.
Advance: 50% advance for campaigns under ₹10 lakh. 30% advance for retainers.
Milestones: Milestone-based invoicing for campaigns above ₹25 lakh: 30% on kickoff, 40% on content delivery, 30% on final report.
Net terms: Net-15 for retainers. Net-7 for final campaign invoices. Late payment interest at 1.5% per month.
Cancellation: Campaigns cancelled after creator contracts are signed incur creator kill fees plus 25% of the management fee. Cancellation before contracts are signed incurs only time-spent charges.

What happens when things go wrong — and how we prevent them.

Named owner: Every campaign gets a single named account owner on our side. You have one phone number and one email for everything.
Weekly reporting: Written update every Monday by 11 AM IST: deliverable status, spend tracker, creator compliance check, and red-flag items.
Escalation: If a deliverable is missed by >48 hours, the escalation path is: Account Owner → Founder (Shrijeet Singh) → External arbitrator (Delhi jurisdiction).
Creator rogue protocol: If a creator publishes off-brand content, goes dark, or breaches contract, our team activates within 4 hours on business days, 8 hours on weekends. Replacement creator sourced within 48 hours if the breach is on our side.
ASCI audit: Every piece of content is reviewed for paid-partnership disclosure before going live. We maintain an ASCI compliance log per campaign.
KYC for creators: Government ID, PAN, bank account verification, and GST registration (if applicable) collected before any payout. This is non-negotiable for finance-sector briefs.

Meta: Conversions API (CAPI), UTM tracking, creator whitelisting, Spark Ads.
Google: YouTube BrandConnect integration, UTM tracking, GA4 event mapping.
Mobile attribution: AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust — via UTM + deep-link tracking. We do not directly integrate with MMP SDKs; we work with your performance team to map creator touchpoints.
E-commerce: Shopify Pixel, custom discount-code attribution, post-purchase surveys for creator-source identification.
Verification: Platform API screenshots with timestamps for all reported metrics. No round figures without sources.

Simultaneous campaigns: Up to 4 active campaigns in parallel without quality degradation. Above 4, we pause new intake until a slot opens.
Annual spend ceiling: We can reliably manage ₹10 crore in annual creator spend. Above that, we require a second dedicated account owner and quarterly board reviews.
Regional scale: We have creator network access across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Marathi. We do not claim fluency in all five languages in-house; we partner with regional producers for script review.
