UGC agency in India

Pad of blue sticky notes, the top sheet curling

vexo.club is an influencer marketing company that makes UGC for brands across India, from one desk in Delhi NCR. Creators film videos and photos to the brand’s brief, and the brand uses them in its own ads and on its own channels, under usage rights written into each contract before the shoot. The creator’s followers are not part of the deal.

Send the product, the objective, where the content will run and a budget band at mail@vexo.club or on WhatsApp at +91 78276 16675 (opens in a new tab). A creator shortlist with rate cards comes back in 18 hours, and the operator who scoped the brief runs it to the last report.

What UGC means in a brief.

UGC is short for user-generated content. It began as the name for what customers post unasked: a review, an unboxing, a photo of the product in use. In a brief it usually means something narrower: videos and photos that a creator is paid to make, in a first-person style, for the brand to use itself.

That narrower meaning is what vexo.club sells. The creator films to the brief; the brand runs the result from its own accounts and ad account, and the creator’s own audience is not part of the deal. The longer comparison is in UGC vs influencer marketing: what a brand in India is buying.

UGC or an influencer post.

Many briefs use both. The brief says which assets are posts and which are UGC, and the contract names each.

  • Whose handle

An influencer post runs on the creator’s own handle, to their followers. A UGC asset runs on the brand’s handle or in its ads.

  • What is bought

An influencer post buys the content and the creator’s audience together. UGC buys the content and the right to use it, so the usage right is the deal.

  • How it is read

An influencer post is read by who saw it and what they did next. A UGC asset is read as ad creative, against the other creatives in the same ad account.

Who can film it, and the UGC work on file.

The roster does not flag who makes UGC: the desk casts per brief, from the roster or beyond it. These are the languages and niches of the 281 creators listed today, not a list of who films UGC.

UGC work on file

No published case study files a post as UGC yet. The nine on file are on the work page, under Case studies. A UGC brief is scoped and cast per brief.

Usage rights, in writing.

Usage rights, whitelisting and exclusivity are agreed per deliverable, in writing, before the shoot.

  • Where it runs

The contract names the placements: the brand’s handle, its ad account and its product pages.

  • For how long

A window with a start and an end. When it closes, the asset comes down or the right is renewed in writing.

  • Media and exclusivity

Posting an asset and putting media behind it are different rights and different fees. Whether the creator may make the same kind of content for a competitor is its own line.

Usage rights are where budgets quietly break

When the creator’s own post is the ad.

A brand can also run a creator’s own post as a paid ad. That is whitelisting, a separate right from UGC, and each platform sets its own terms.

  • Instagram

Instagram lists Reels, Stories, static posts and carousels as formats that can run as partnership ads. Content with licensed music cannot.

  • YouTube

The creator shares brand partner access to a video, and the brand can then feature it in ad campaigns. The creator can remove access at any time.

  • The contract

YouTube advises creators to agree usage rights with the advertiser separately. The window, the fee and the exclusivity belong in the contract.

How a UGC brief runs.

  1. Send the brief

The product, the objective, where the content will run, a budget band and the dates. Two paragraphs is enough.

  2. Shortlist and contract

A shortlist cast to the brief, from the roster or beyond it, with rate cards, in 18 hours. Contracts and briefing follow inside a week, with the usage rights, the window and the label in the contract before anyone films.

  3. Approve, run, report

The operator who scoped the brief handles the approvals and the posting, and sends one sheet every Monday.

Paperwork.

Invoices come from Vexocore IT Services Private Limited, registered in Rajasthan, with its CIN and GSTIN on them. Both numbers are printed in the footer of every page and on the about page. The MSA and NDA summaries are sent on request.

Questions brands ask about UGC.

  • What is UGC?

User-generated content. In a brief it means videos and photos that creators make to the brand’s brief, for the brand to use in its own ads and on its own channels, under usage rights written into the contract.

  • Is UGC the same as influencer marketing?

No. An influencer post runs on the creator’s own handle and reaches their followers. A UGC asset runs on the brand’s handle or in its ads, so the brand supplies the audience and buys the right to use the content. Many briefs use both.

  • Does the creator post the content on their own page?

Only if the brief says so. By default the content is for the brand’s accounts and ads. A paid post on the creator’s own account is influencer marketing and carries a label that identifies it as an advertisement.

  • Who owns the content?

Usage rights, whitelisting and exclusivity are agreed per deliverable, in writing, before the shoot. The contract names where the asset may run and for how long.

  • Can UGC run as a paid ad?

Yes. Content the brand posts from its own accounts runs as an ad like any other creative, within the window the contract sets. A creator’s own post can run as a partnership ad on Instagram, which licensed music rules out, or through brand partner access on YouTube, with the creator’s agreement in writing.

  • Do UGC videos need an ASCI label?

A paid post on the creator’s own account does: ASCI’s influencer guidelines require a label that identifies it as an advertisement. Content the brand posts from its own accounts is the brand’s own advertisement, held to the ASCI Code like any other.

  • What formats, lengths and numbers of assets do you make?

The brief sets them, and the quote lists them as line items. This page publishes no standard menu: formats, lengths and the number of assets are scoped per brief.

  • How is UGC priced?

Creator fees are disclosed line items at fixed rate-card prices, and our management fee sits on top as a fixed percentage, never a hidden margin inside talent costs. Prices are not published: a scoped quote follows the brief. What moves the number is set out on the cost page.

  • How fast can a UGC brief move?

A creator shortlist comes back in 18 hours, and contracts and briefing are done inside a week. The dates for the content itself are set in the brief.

  • What results can you show?

A number appears on this site only once it has been verified against a record. Where a client has not cleared a result for publication, the site says “Metrics on request”, and the figures are shared under NDA.

  • Can I see the creators first?

Yes. The roster lists creators with consent on file, and every shortlist is built to the brief, from the roster or beyond it.
