Micro and nano influencer marketing

vexo.club is an influencer marketing company that casts micro and nano creators for brands across India from one desk in Delhi NCR — and runs the part that makes small creators expensive: briefing, contracting, approving and paying many of them at once. The shortlist is built on audience fit and language, not on tier.

Send the objective, the markets and a budget band at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +91 78276 16675. A shortlist with audience-fit data and rate cards comes back in 18 hours, with a recommendation on how many creators the budget can carry before coordination costs more than the reach.

What micro and nano mean.

  • Nano creator

Small reach per post, usually the highest engagement rate and the lowest cost per post — coordination time across many nano creators is the real cost, not the fee.

  • Micro creator

The tier most rate cards treat as the entry point for a paid, contracted post.

The glossary, with the follower ranges

When they are the right call.

  • Language depth

A market that needs Marathi, Tamil, Telugu or Bangla voices in specific neighbourhoods has no single big-name substitute.

  • Proof close to the sale

Reviews, unboxings and store visits from people the audience already trusts locally.

  • Many routes at once

Several creative routes tested side by side before the budget consolidates behind the one that works.

When they are not.

  • One national moment

A launch day that needs one creator everyone watches at once.

  • A tightly worded claim

A regulated or legally sensitive claim is safer with fewer voices to brief and approve.

The coordination cost.

Every creator added is another brief, another contract, another approval and another invoice. Priced honestly, that is operator time, and it goes on the quote rather than being hidden in it.

Why nano creators are not cheap

How results are reported.

Per creator and per post, every Monday: reach, engagement rate, cost per acquisition and CPM, and the next move. With many creators the sheet also says which ones to keep for the next round.

By city, platform and brief.

Asked about micro and nano creators.

  • What is a micro influencer?

Micro creators are the tier most rate cards treat as the entry point for a paid, contracted post. The glossary gives the follower range for each tier.

  • Are micro influencers cheaper?

Per post, usually. Per campaign, not always: every creator added is another brief, contract and approval. The quote shows creator fees as line items and the management fee separately, so the trade-off is visible.

  • How many creators should a campaign use?

As many as the budget can brief, approve and report on well. The shortlist recommends a number for the brief and says why; there is no fixed count.

  • Can micro creators post in regional languages?

Yes. The brief names the language per market and the shortlist is built to it. Each city page sets out the languages its market runs in.

  • How is it priced?

Creator fees are disclosed line items at fixed rate-card prices, and our management fee sits on top as a fixed percentage — never a hidden margin inside talent costs. Prices are not published: a scoped quote follows the brief.
