Automotive YouTubers in India: car and bike creators and how brands brief them

Automotive YouTubers in India review, test and ride cars and bikes, and some also run blogs. The kinds of channel, how a loaned vehicle and a paid review are run, and what a brand checks first.

Automotive YouTubers in India are creators who review, test and ride cars and bikes, and a brand books them for a verdict a buyer will trust before spending a large sum. This guide comes from vexo.club — an influencer marketing agency run from one desk in Delhi NCR — and it sorts car and bike creators by what they make, names a few from their own About pages, and says what a brand checks before it lends a vehicle.

It prints no subscriber counts, no earnings and no ranking, because a typed count goes stale and a ranking sorts reach, not trust. Public channels are named from their own About pages, and none is a vexo.club creator. The one roster creator in this category is linked to the profile and described from the record.

What to know before briefing an automotive creator

In short

  1. Car and bike creators are booked for a verdict before a large purchase, so the brief protects the review before it asks for reach.
  2. Channels are sorted by kind: news and review publishers, independent reviewers, performance testers, motovloggers, and bloggers with a site.
  3. A loaned vehicle is a material connection under ASCI’s guidelines, so the post is labelled and the contract says who keeps the vehicle.
  4. Road safety is part of the brief: a traffic violation or a reckless stunt on a public road is not a shot a brand can run.

Who are the top car YouTubers in India?

The answer depends on whether the buyer is choosing a hatchback, an electric car or a motorcycle, so a single list does not hold. A reviewer trusted on family cars may have nothing to say about a track bike. The useful grouping is by what a channel makes, and a few public channels show the range. Each is named from its own About page.

  • Team Car Delight. The Team Car Delight About page calls it an automobile news and reviews platform, with new car launches, real-world reviews, comparisons and ownership experiences, and gives a business email.
  • MotorOctane. The MotorOctane About page says the channel is for Indian car and bike buyers, with in-depth research, and that it uses its own equipment to measure vehicle performance and check manufacturers’ claims.
  • Gagan Choudhary. The Gagan Choudhary About page says the creator makes automobile and aviation content, and also runs a website on India’s automotive industry with colleagues.
  • Dino’s Vault. The Dino’s Vault About page describes a freelance auto journalist who rides and reviews bikes and cars as a solo creator.
  • Autocar India. The Autocar India About page describes automotive news and reviews of the latest cars and bikes on Indian streets. It reads as a publisher’s channel, so the brand books a publication, not a person.

The grid below sorts the field by what the audience watches for. A brand that wants a verdict books a reviewer, and a brand that wants a route and a story books a rider.

News and review publishersThe launch, the first look and the comparisonWhether the review is paid, and said so
Independent car reviewersA verdict before a large purchaseWhether the claim matches the spec sheet

Motovloggers and ridersA route, a ride and a storyWhether the road and the riding are legal

A starting grid, not a ranking. The last column is the check to run first.

The desk held back a few better-known automotive names after its brand-safety check, which reads current news and open legal matters on the day of writing and again before any booking. Police have booked riders and drivers who film stunts on public roads — a motorbike wheelie on the Chennai–Bengaluru highway led to a 2023 case under rash-driving provisions, as The News Minute reported — so the check matters more here than in most categories. A name missing from this list is the result of the check, not an opinion on the creator.

Who are the automotive bloggers in India?

The search for automotive bloggers, automobile bloggers and auto bloggers is mostly a search for people who write or talk about vehicles for a living, and many now do both. Gagan Choudhary’s About page, above, shows the pattern: a video channel and a website run alongside. A blog is read when someone searches for a model, a price or a problem, so its audience arrives with a question and leaves with a decision. A video channel builds a relationship over years. The brief says which it is buying.

Many creators are more than one. The brief says which role it is buying.

Reuse in the brand’s own ads depends on the contract in every case. Usage rights and creator whitelisting explained cover how a review is licensed for the brand’s own channels, and a written guide has its own rights question: who owns the page, and for how long.

What briefs can a brand run with a car or bike creator?

The format follows the buying decision. A first drive suits a launch, a long-term review suits a vehicle bought for daily use, a comparison suits a crowded segment, and a ride suits gear and accessories. The desk’s guide to YouTube integration or a dedicated video covers the formats, and the page on YouTube influencer marketing sets out how a brief is run.

How do ASCI and road safety apply to a vehicle review?

A loaned car or bike is a free product of high value, and ASCI’s influencer guidelines say a material connection is not limited to money: a free or discounted product, a perk or an agreement to post all need a label. The same rule covers a test vehicle the creator keeps. ASCI’s separate automotive guidelines, issued in 2010 and reported by Moneylife, bar showing a traffic violation, and reckless speed or manoeuvrability that could harm the driver, passengers or public, and ask for a readable caution on stunts. They also promote safe practice such as helmets and seatbelts. The current code is on ASCI’s site, and the desk reads it again for every brief.

Briefing a vehicle review

  • Do

Label the post, including when the only payment is a loaned vehicle

    Don’t

Treat a loan as no connection at all

  • Do

Show helmets, seat belts and legal driving, and film performance runs on a closed track

    Don’t

Film speed or a stunt on a public road

  • Do

Put a readable caution on any stunt or professional manoeuvre

    Don’t

Leave a stunt without a caution

  • Do

Write down who keeps the vehicle, and when it returns, before it is sent

    Don’t

Leave ownership and return of the vehicle unsaid

A claim about a fuel or a vehicle is the creator’s and the brand’s to stand behind. In July 2026, Nashik Police registered a case against a YouTuber and three others over videos about E20 petrol, under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Information Technology Act, as Siasat reported. The report notes that the vehicle in question was officially certified as compatible with E20 fuel. The desk draws one conclusion without taking a side: the brief keeps every technical claim to what the manufacturer certifies, and the review keeps to what the creator can show.

Where a technical claim stops

Two columns: the brief keeps technical claims to what the manufacturer certifies; the review to what the creator can show

How is a car or bike review run?

The vehicle arrives first, the creator uses it, and the facts are checked before the video goes live. The sequence protects both sides: the reviewer has time with the vehicle, and the brand knows the specifications are right.

How a paid vehicle review runs

  1. Brief The vehicle, the facts that must be right and the audience
  2. Vehicle and terms Who keeps it, who insures it and for how long it is loaned
  3. Test window Time with the vehicle on legal roads, and any embargo date
  4. Fact check Specifications and claims read against the sheet, not the opinion
  5. Label and post The paid label is on the video, and the brand reads the report
Ownership of the vehicle, insurance and the label are settled in the contract, before the vehicle moves.

The brief also decides who writes the script. A brand-run launch event leaves the creator little room, and a long-term loan leaves the creator the most. The position on that line shapes how the audience reads the result.

Who controls the script in an automotive format

Brand controls the script Creator controls the script

  • Launch event coverage Leans Brand controls the script
  • Integration inside a review In the middle
  • Dedicated sponsored video The brand approves facts, the creator the words In the middle
  • Long-term loan review Leans Creator controls the script

Which automotive creators are on the vexo.club roster?

Jatt Prabhjot is the roster’s automotive profile. Based in Delhi, on Instagram, the profile describes an Indian lifestyle and travel creator known for motorcycles, automobiles, road trips, travel and adventure-focused vlogs. Jatt Prabhjot is an independent creator the desk collaborates with brief by brief, and management stays with the creator. The profile is the place to check platforms and city, and the desk adds nothing to it. Any new automotive record appears on the automotive page of the roster, and a Delhi NCR brief is described on the Delhi desk page.

What should a brand check before booking an automotive YouTuber?

Check the audience, the independence of the review and the road, in that order. The audience method is in how to check an influencer’s audience before you pay, and it matters here because a car buyer is a decision-maker with a long consideration period, so the check reads views and comments for people who are buying, not only watching.

Before an automotive creator is booked

  • Current news and open legal matters, searched on the day
  • Audience geography, age and language, from the creator’s own exports
  • Views per video over recent uploads, not the best one
  • The ASCI label on the paid video, and where it sits
  • Who keeps the vehicle, who insures it, and when it returns
  • Every technical claim matches the manufacturer’s sheet or certification
  • Usage rights in writing: where the video may run, and for how long
Seven checks. Write the fifth into the contract.

The label rules are in ASCI disclosure for brands. To brief an automotive creator, send the desk a brief.

Questions brands ask

Who is the number one car YouTuber in India? No source settles it, and counts move daily. A live subscriber count for any channel is on its own YouTube page, and Social Blade keeps the history. A brand is better served by the kind of channel, the audience and an audience check than by a name.

How do I check a channel I found in a search? Open its About page, check that the handle matches the one a brand has been given, and read the recent videos before anything else.

Does a loaned car or bike need a label? Yes. ASCI’s influencer guidelines treat a free or discounted product as a material connection, so the post is labelled even if no money changed hands. The contract also says who keeps the vehicle and who insures it.

Are automotive bloggers still worth a brief? For a product people research before they buy, yes. A written guide meets a searcher with a question, and the brief asks where the content lives, who owns the page and how long a brand reference stays up.

Does the vexo.club roster have automotive creators? One profile: Jatt Prabhjot, described from the record as a creator known for motorcycles, automobiles, road trips and adventure vlogs. The desk has no recorded relationship with the public channels in this guide.

Send the desk a brief — it comes back as a shortlist and a directional band, never a public price.
