1. Your commitments
By using the Site, you commit to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the DPDP Act, 2023, the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trademarks Act, 1999, and the Indian Penal Code, 1860;
- Use the Site for legitimate, lawful purposes aligned with its intended audience (brands, creators, journalists, researchers);
- Provide accurate information in any form you submit;
- Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of other users, Vexocore staff, and Creators.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Site or its forms to:
- Break law or regulation — including ASCI guidelines for influencer marketing, MeitY IT Rules 2021, DPDP Act 2023, and sector-specific rules (e.g., SEBI for financial content);
- Harass or defame — post, submit, or transmit content that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or incites violence;
- Infringe IP — upload, share, or reference content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or publicity rights;
- Misrepresent — impersonate Vexocore, our Creators, a competitor, or any other person or entity;
- Attack the Site — probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities; attempt to bypass authentication; inject malicious code; perform DoS/DDoS; exploit rate-limit bypasses;
- Scrape at scale — use automated tools to systematically extract Creator profiles, case studies, or roster data for commercial republication;
- Spam or abuse forms — submit briefs you have no authority for, fake enquiries, competitor intelligence-gathering queries, or repeated automated posts;
- Circumvent brand safety — attempt to engage Creators directly using contact details scraped from public profiles in order to bypass Vexocore's MSA/SOW framework.
3. Admin users (CMS operators)
If you have an admin account on vexo.club:
- Your account is personal. Do not share credentials.
- Choose a strong password (12+ characters, unique).
- Log out from shared devices.
- Report suspected compromise within 24 hours.
- Do not download, export, or share lead data except as required by your role.
- Do not publish a Testimonial or Creator profile without documented consent on file.
- Do not publish campaign metrics unless they have been verified by the Vexocore team. When in doubt, use “Metrics upon request.”
4. Reporting violations
To report a violation of this Policy — by another user, a Creator, or a published case study — email [email protected] with the subject line “AUP Report” and as much detail as you can safely provide.
Grievances regarding personal data or published content should be routed to the Grievance Officer as set out in our Privacy Policy. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve within the statutory 15-day window under Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules, 2021.
5. Consequences
We investigate every credible report. Depending on severity, we may:
- Send a warning;
- Temporarily suspend admin access;
- Remove offending content;
- Permanently terminate access;
- Report the matter to law enforcement;
- Pursue civil remedies, including injunctions and damages.
We cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, and law-enforcement agencies as required by applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy. Changes take effect upon posting on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
