# Terms of service

> The terms behind vexo.club: briefs and SLAs, fees and payment, content and usage rights, liability and governing law. Engagements run under a signed MSA.

## 1 · The service

Vexo.club provides influencer and talent management, marketing and studio production services in India. This site is information, not an offer: engagements are governed by a signed MSA and SOW.

## 2 · Briefs and SLAs

Submitting a brief creates no obligation on either side. The 18-hour response SLA becomes binding only once written into an MSA.

## 3 · Fees and payment

Creator fees are fixed rate-card line items; our management fee is a disclosed percentage on top. Invoices are payable per MSA terms, and overdue payment may pause deliverables.

## 4 · Content and usage rights

Ownership, whitelisting, exclusivity and usage windows are agreed per deliverable, in writing, before a shoot. No rights transfer by default.

## 5 · Site content

Figures marked representative illustrate typical delivery and are replaced by signed-off client numbers under MSA. Brand and platform names belong to their respective owners.

## 6 · Liability and governing law

Liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. These terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office in Rajasthan.

## 7 · Images

Unless marked otherwise, images on vexo.club belong to Vexocore IT Services Private Limited. This line does not cover creators’ portraits or the creators’ and clients’ own work shown on the site, and the press kit sets out how its own files may be used.
