Effective 26 October 2026 · Vexocore IT Services Private Limited

## 1 · Who we are

Vexo.club is the creator arm of Vexocore IT Services Private Limited (“Vexocore”, “we”). This policy covers what we collect on vexo.club and how it is used.

## 2 · What we collect

What you submit through the brief form or by email: name, work email, company, budget band, timeline and the brief itself. On every page request our own server also records the page, the referring site and search terms where the referrer carries them, your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city), the device, browser and operating system from the user-agent string, and the time. This first-party record is kept on our own infrastructure and is not shared with advertisers. We do not sell personal data.

## 3 · How we use it

To respond to briefs, scope and run engagements, share shortlists, invoice, and send the fortnightly resource mail if you subscribed. Processing rests on consent and our legitimate interest in operating the business.

## 4 · Who we share it with

Only the operators and creators involved in your engagement, and service providers for email, analytics and accounting, bound by contract. Personal data is never sold or rented.

## 5 · Retention and your rights

Brief data is kept for the engagement plus three years for accounting. The page-request record, including the IP address, is kept for 180 days and then deleted. Write to mail@vexo.club to access, correct or delete your data: acknowledged within 18 hours, resolved within 30 days, in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.

## 6 · Changes

Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
