A national brief written in English becomes four different campaigns the moment it is cast regionally. Treating it as one campaign with subtitles is where regional launches lose their week.

**A regional launch, in short**

1. A national brief written in English becomes four different campaigns the moment it is cast regionally.
2. Cast for the language, not the market. The question is which language the comments are in.
3. Legal approves a claim, not a sentence. Each creator writes the rest in their own language.
4. Review the language versions together, against one claim sheet, so the waits do not stack.
5. The campaign ships in one wave rather than four.

## Cast for the language, not the market

A creator who lives in Chennai and posts in English reaches a national audience, not a Tamil one. The question is which language the comments are in. That is the only test we trust, and it is quick to run on each creator. How it plays out market by market in the south is in [South Indian influencers](https://vexo.club/blog/south-indian-influencers).

## Translate the claim, not the script

Legal approves a claim, not a sentence. Send the claim to each creator with the words that cannot change marked, and let them write the rest. A translated script reads as a translated script, and the audience hears it before the second line.

**Figure: From one claim to four language versions**

1. Legal approves the claim
2. The claim sheet goes to each creator · With the words that cannot change marked.
3. Each creator writes the rest · In their own language, not as a translated script.
4. One approval, scheduled once · All versions against the same claim sheet.
5. One wave · Rather than four.

*Legal approves a claim, not a sentence.*

## Approvals in parallel, once

Four language versions reviewed one after another stack their waits end to end. Reviewed together, against the same claim sheet, they wait once.

**Figure: Approvals in sequence, and in parallel**

*One after another*

- Each language waits for the one before
- The waits stack end to end

*Together, against one claim sheet*

- The brief is written once
- The approval is scheduled once
- The campaign ships in one wave

The brief is written once, the approval is scheduled once, and the campaign ships in one wave rather than four.
