vexo.club is an influencer marketing company working with brands across India from one desk in Delhi NCR. It suits a brand that wants one team to run its creator campaigns end to end; it is not a self-serve platform or a per-post marketplace. A brief is scoped, the creators are shortlisted and contracted, the content is produced, and the work is reported against the objective. A shortlist comes back in 18 hours. Usage rights are agreed in writing before the shoot, and every Monday there is one sheet: reach, engagement rate, cost per acquisition and CPM.
The company (Vexocore IT Services Private Limited, registered in Rajasthan) operates nationally from Delhi NCR. A brief from any other city runs from the same desk, on the same timeline, with the senior operator who scoped it. Brief the desk at mail@vexo.club or on WhatsApp at +91 78276 16675 (opens in a new tab). Comparing firms first? vexo.club runs creator campaigns on Instagram and YouTube. On Instagram the formats are Reels, Stories, carousels, collab posts and whitelisted creator ads; on YouTube, integrations, dedicated videos, Shorts and YouTube ads. The brief names a platform and a format for each deliverable, and each platform has its own page: Instagram influencer marketing and YouTube influencer marketing.
vexo.club books creators from its published roster, which shows only creators with consent on file for a public profile. Each profile carries a relationship label (Exclusive, Managed, Represented, Network or One-off), and the roster groups creators by size: micro, mid-tier, mega and celebrity. On a Network or One-off profile nothing is booked until the creator agrees.
vexo.club makes content in its own studio: scripts, shoots, edits, subtitles, thumbnails and AI video, versioned per market, with a studio slot typically 7–10 days out. Where a creator’s own setup suits the brief, the creator shoots it, and the brief says which for each deliverable. The studio is sold and priced separately.
vexo.club needs the objective, the budget band, the market and the timeline. Two paragraphs is enough, sent through the brief form; the creators, formats and creative routes are the desk’s to propose. What each line has to say is set out in how to brief an influencer marketing agency.
vexo.club lists every channel the desk uses (its domain, email, WhatsApp number and social handles) on its verify page, and a message from a number, address or handle not on that list did not come from vexo.club. Every brief the desk opens also carries a reference it can confirm against its own record.
vexo.club casts from the micro tier up; nano creators, the smallest accounts, are outside the roster. The shortlist is built on audience fit and language rather than follower count, and the quote shows the cost of coordinating many small creators rather than hiding it. How a campaign on many small creators runs is set out under micro influencer marketing.
